Charles’s homebuilding experience began in 2012 in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. Through Grants & Co Consultants, he has also worked with clients pursuing a place to call home. Their accounts of communication, preparation, and personal service are part of the story behind the Grants name.

My homebuilding journey began in Hilton Head Island in 2012. Today, my vision for Grants Signature Homes is simple: a home should make an impression, then make you feel completely at home.

I want that feeling to carry through every level. Generous ceilings upstairs as well as downstairs. A dressing suite with room to move, display, and enjoy. A glass wine room that becomes part of an evening with friends. A beautifully finished garage that feels considered when you come home.

Those details matter because luxury is personal. For one family, it is space to entertain. For another, it is privacy, a quiet retreat, or a home where generations can gather comfortably. The first conversation should make room for what matters to you.

Hilton Head, Bluffton, and the surrounding Lowcountry are the setting for this vision: homes with presence, a connection to their surroundings, and interiors shaped around the people who will live in them.
